Yeah, I have a giggle box that never shuts up i laugh almost all the time even when nothing is funny.

I do laugh a lot. my life is so full of drama that i actually need to do things that will make me not stumble down because of the problems and trials i am dealing each and every day. it works if you don't want to end up worrying next about having white strands of hair or having wrinkles. My Dad has this condition where everytime we are talking about any problems at all with our relatives, he starts scratching his arms and legs. This is my cue to enter in a joke or two. After and while i am trying to make him laugh with my jokes and some hilarious stories, he stops scratching. He never realized that his itching was not because of eczema or any skin allergies (it's the probs with the relatives). That's why I make it a point to laugh wholeheartedly everyday though life is full of disappointments and obstacles.

every chance i get, out loud from the gut, a belly laugh, it cures all and its highly contagious, it spreads quickly making all feel better "good medicine" indeed!
