I was a virgin when I got married, and so was my husband. I waited because I wanted to, not for religion(I have none) or because of pressure. I just didnt feel like giving that part of myself away until I knew I had found my other half.

I never married a virgin, and wasn't one when I married. I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. It's nice when we both come into the 'job' with 'previous experience'.. makes for a more interesting sex life (and imagine this.. neither of us with STDs or babies on board!).
I never particularly enjoyed being a virgin (guess the term remains the same although I had had sex in my mind thousands of times before the actual 'act' - anyway..), although people shout on rooftops how you should try to keep your virginity as long as you possibly can (guess it's good to keep ppl from having sex when they are too young/immature to protect themselves as well as possible from STDs and pregnancy)..
Oh, and by the way, it's impossible for all virgins to be gone - there are new lil' people populating this planet every second, and in case u forgot.. we all start out the same way.. V i r g i n s! :)

Why its matter?
How many people were virgins?Everyone is once a virgin!
Its not hard at all to stay one,its all in the mind!
Peer pressure,bf/gf pressure,all bullshit,if you don't want it,no one can force it.

I wasn't a virgin when I got married and neither was my husband. When we met though we were both virgins and lost our virginity together and later on got married.

The number is definitely declining today and I think that's a good thing. Getting married just to eliminate guilt is the wrong reason to get married.

I'm still waiting. I'm not into the pre marital thing. it's not because of religion really, it's more of a personal thing. I just want it to be with the man who will stand by me forever.
