There could be several reasons. One possibility is that you are having twins. Another is that as the uterus stretches it becomes less elastic. After you have a baby it goes back to normal size, but the walls are not as strong as they were before. After each additional pregnancy, the walls get weaker. Since you've already had two children, the walls of your uterus and your abdominal muscles have weakened some and are not as tight. This could cause your stomach to protrude a little more than during subsequent pregnancies.

I think that you might be showing a little more with your third baby depending on the weight gain. My sister in law was 3 months pregnant and she looked like she was 5, and this was only her second baby. From what I saw, she gained excess weight from not eating right (Junk Foods) during the pregnancy, she didn't walk at least once a day, and never drank water (Which she should of been drinking like crazy!). So my suggestion to you is if you have junk food cravings try to eat a small amount, go on a least 1 walk a day (Or more if ya have the energy!) and always drink tons of water!!! Don't listen to other people when they say juice is better for you, because that makes you gain weight as well as giving TONS of sugar to the baby. Water WILL help your weight go down (In a healthy way that will NOT hurt the baby) and its A LOT healthier for you. So just try that and see if it helps! =)

When you are pregnant your uterus enlarges and pushes on the skin of your stomach. When you are young and have not had any babies, the skin on your stomach is very firm and it is hard for the uterus to stick out until the 4-6 month. But after you have already had two children, the skin is stretched and not as elastic and the uterus pushes thru earlier. It is the same size as in the other two pregnancies, but has less resistance from your stomach and so sticks out farther. Sad, but what can us women do? And as you know from your last pregnancy, the weight is harder to lose after each pregnancy. Or, it could be twins :-)...

all pregnancies are different. you have to factor in height, weight, past pregnancies, and just because youre large doesnt mean its a boy or a big baby either. no one knows why some women barely show and pop out 9 pounders or larger or why some women get as big as blimps and give birth to 5 pounders. its just your bodys way of coping. i didnt shohw until 5 months with my size but even then youd think i just put on a couple of pounds. but my youth pastor, his wife was looking ready to burst at 4 months needless to say her son was less than a pound more than mine weighed and my son barely made it past 7 pounds. just savor the pregnancy treatment you get, people move for you and are kind, i on the other hand didnt look pregnant until 7 months and you couldnt tell from behind so i wish i wouldve gotten huge sooner, i loved looking pregnant swollen ankles and all. congrats and good luck!!

could be twins. i was like that too with my second pregnancy and it was actually caused by the fact that i was pregnant with twins but one twin i miscarried but carried the other one until birth, thats what my doctor said and it was VERY uncomfortable

were you heavier to start with this one? if you are losing height you could be losing it between your breasts and waist, also if your breasts got larger after the other pregnancies then your belly is going to look bigger i think since there is less space in the middle for the pregnancy.

each pregnancy is different. Make sure your doctor check you for toxemia which is fluid that tends to make you bigger than normal. it is also toxic when it comes to pregnancies. it tends to make you swell and be alot heavier than normal. then it could be that you might be having another sex. women carries each child different. i did anyway.
