Personally, I would not trust a website to do it, for several reasons:

1.) Proofreading grammar may require a rewrite of a section, and it's best if you're sitting with the proofreader to rewrite it appropriately.
2.) You have no way to know how good a job they'll do beforehand, and you may get it back too late - or not at all.
3.) It's very possible they'll mangle it worse than it was originally handed to them - especially if they're unfamiliar with the subject matter.
