watch out for fakes. i buy extras when in mexico or canada.here, any major foreign touristy big money cities have a lot of tiny tobacco stores downtown(vegas,san francisco,d.c.,n.y.,etc.)
make sure you know what you are talking about(smell&look) and pay cash. they always have them hidden,not cheap though.

Illegaly, then Miami is your best bet. But if you live near the Canadian Border you can buy them legally there. Windsor, Ontario has tons of Cuban cigar shops, and the prices are negotiable.

It is illegal to purchase authentic Cuban cigars here in the United States.
BUT... your best bet to get your hands on some is in Miami, FLA.
