It is just like washing your hair, you know they say rinse and repeat?!
Clutch, Shift, Gas - Repeat, as many times as the gears in the gear box.
Then Clutch, Shift, Brake, and repeat, stop and wait for the ticket.

Start car.
Press clutch and shift to 1st gear.
Release the clutch and slam the gas. (If you have a fast car then hold on to the wheel hard, the front gets light)
When RPM crosses about 3500 shift to 2nd gear. Same with the rest. Ofcourse, you have to press the clutch everytime you shift.
Main thing is do not try this where you might hit someone. Stupidity gets you from 0 to JAIL in no time.

Push clutch to the floor and start engine. Shift transmission into first gear. Push gas pedal to the floor and move foot off clutch pedal as fast as you can. When engine gets to about 5500 rpm, push clutch pedal to floor, shift to next gear as fast as you can and move foot off clutch as fast as you can again. Keep gas pedal pushed to the floor while shifting. Repeat for next gear. You should be going at least 60 MPH by now so no need to shift again. You won't be able to do this very often, something will break, but you will get to 60 MPH as fast as your car can get there.
