When it stalls, I may have to press the accelerator and clutch simultaneously to start it again. What could be wrong?.

Could be a problem your air filter and muffler. Clogged filters and mufflers can result in the vehicle stalling at high speeds.

Sounds like a partially plugged catalytic convertor or muffler,,:-(=

Your clutch might need to be adjusted, or is worn out, might need repalcement.
