The other answers did offer good information, librarys/public internet access etc. One decent place to get a fair amount of info is Autozone.com, just put the vehicle information in and then go to repair info. they dont have everything on there but there are a lot of good step by step instructions for a lot of vehicles and procedures.

Hey, mechanics pay dearly for good repair manual resources and manufacturer updates. You may have to go to a library and thumb through a real book. You can try Chilton's.com or Mitchell's.com or alldata.com used to let me get updates free, but I think that they sold out to the Kragen group and charge to get the info.

Online I don't know. But most local libraries car repair manuals that you can check out. I do know of one site that does, but you have to be a registered college student to use it. Well good luck finding your information.
