How long before court jugement for debt expires.I know how long the it is for debt.Is it the same time for a court judgements for debt.

Written off is in simple terms an accounting term on what they fee your debt. probable writes off the debt after 7 years or so. yet that does no longer mean the debt which you owe is forgotten. they could continuously come again and demand fee. Even after 17 years.

Dude, what makes you think that owing peopl money will ever expire? It doesnt. They may charge it off and sell it to another company for collections. But if you are talking about expiring on your credit report, then 7 years.
