People we haven't known long, we feel like we have known forever and others we have known our whole life, we hardly know? Or do you think it is an illusion?

I think it's a spiritual thing. I think God connects us with certain people for certain reasons and the ones we feel like we don't know are headed in a different direction than us spiritually.

It's because with the new people we just find things in common with them and then we click with them and then we think we knew them for a long time coz for a short amount of time we know a lot about them.
With the people we've known for our whole lives, we see some facets about them that we haven't seen before and we keep on discovering each day. And it seems like we don't know them at all because for a long time we still saw a lot of differences.
It's a matter of perspective and I think we're just wired that way or we've seen too many TV shows and movies.

When you click with someone, no matter how long you've known them, they may seem closer. Like you've known them for years. But if you can't click with them, whether you've known them for a year or twenty years, you wont be that close.

ITS ALL ABOUT COMPATIBILITY.
YOU CAN KNOW SOMEOEN FOREVER AND NEVER HAVE ANYTHING IN COMMON.
SOMETIMES IT'S A PERSONALITY CLASH.
IN OTHER CASES, YOU HAVE A GREAT DEAL OF COMPATIBILITY WITH SOMEONE.
SOME POEPLE ARE MORE WILLING TO OPEN UP THAN OTHERS. THAT CAN HAVE A GREAT AFFECT ON HOW WELL YOU MAY OR MAY NOT KNOW SOMEONE, DESPITE THE TIME LIMIT.

It's the feeling you get when you're talking to a person, and their aura. When I get good vibes from someone I tend to open up and in turn they open up to me, so we can connect...vs. those who we may have known for quite some time, but don't give us quite the same vibe. That's my personal opinion. :)

the more you get to know about someone the more you realize that you don't know about them..and people change over time so that just when you feel that you know them very well...here comes a curve...it's natural
