I don't quite understand. Do you mean the first letter of the word Autumn, as in autumn or Autumn. If so I think that you capitalize it because it is a specific season. Just as the word month is not capitalized, but November is because it is a specific month.

Listen to Autumn's answer, Nikki, you do not capitalize seasons of the year except when they are the first word in the sentence or a person's given name (as in her case).
