maybe you should consider ugg boots, or anything that is water proof and covers your feet completely, as it will be winter by then and its going to be very very very cold. Some days can be one or two degrees

Well its going to very cold, below freezing in the mornings. In the day, the highest temperatures will be around 8 C but thats on a good day! It may be raining as well. So warm thick socks with boots, or trainers. Dont forget a nice warm jacket and try wearing layers so you can take them off easily. Scarves, hats gloves are also a must if you feel the cold! Hope this helps!

Easy question for a man. You want to wear quality made leather shoes. Loafers or casual shoes will do for site-seeing. (clarkes) These clarkes are hard to find that look good to us US men. The Euro's think they are the cat's meow. Unfortuneately they are right. Clarkes are ugly and they fit so good you will not care.
Shoes are big in Europe, and I do not mean gangster, rapper, dope dealer, NBA a-HOLE shoes. They just plain like good quality shoes. If you visit for any amount of time you will understand. The Euro's are smarter than us in many ways. We can only fall back on the I WILL BLOW YOU UP CARD.
Buy comfortable shoes and party hard with our Brit friends. They deserve it and we owe it to them. But try not to make a complete bollocks sucker of yourself while you are there. Remember, YOU represent all of us back here in America.

You'll need flat sensible shoes and a warm coat. It's cold here at the moment. Perhaps an umbrella as we've had plenty of rain.
