My best friend is a lesbian and she told me that she has feelings for me... Long story short we are getting together within the next 24 hours to talk about our feelings. I love her and I never want to loose her. I want to try dating her but I dont want to hurt her ever. How should I communicate this to her with out sounding stupid. I want to be with her but I dont want to hurt her and I think that if we dont try being together that we will both regret it in our futures. I am not scared about losing her as a friend and I have been doing a lot of thinkin and I want her next to me. I want to be the one to hold her when she is down and I want to be the hand she has to hold when its cold. I have never felt this way for a female before so I guess that is why it is harder than usual. When I am near her I just want to hold her and kiss her soft lips and drift away into a place for just the two of us. Help me think of the right words to use to tell her I want to try this with her.

I know i need to tell her but my problem is with the words to use. I know the points to get acrossed because they wont go away but when I want to say them out loud they get all scatterbrained and mixed in the shuffle and i dont want to confuse her but i want her to know that i care about her and love her enough to try this with her
