I see them everywhere and am stumped I just don't know......

Start menu>accessories>system tools>character map. At the top there is a menu bar and it is best to select 'symbols' as the other ones show the card colours in black. If you want to use them in an email a warning will come up that the recipient will not be able to see this unless he/she has Unicode turned on.

Start>All Programs> Accessories> System Tools > Character Map.

You'll find alot of good ones there =]
