Mop and Glow and waxes and products like that are designed to go on already finished floors. But sure, you can put them on unfinished floors. Thing is, you may have problems removing the product when the time does come for you to finish the floor. It will have sunk into the wood. Waxes, especially, are hard to get out of bare wood, and they'll interfere with the adhesion of finishes in the future.
How good do you want this to look? If you want the whole floor to look the same, you really do need to sand down to bare wood, then apply a poly. (stain is optional. use only if you need to change the color of the floor) Nice thing about this - the finish should last at leat 10 years. Maybe much longer.
But if you just want a quick, maybe good enough fix, get the Minwax Reviver product, or the one by Bona - I think Orange Glo sells it. Hardwood Floor Reviver. Now, they're supposed to go on finished floors, but they do stick to unfinished wood. It's not a permanent fix, though - 6 months from now or less, you'll have to redo. But maybe worth a try?

Try polyurathane finish over hardwood floor. It retains the wood feel of the floor besides protecting it from damage due to water, scratches, etc.

if you want a unified look you really need to sand and refinish you floor. but if it's ok with you that they are uneven, just use orange glo hardwood floor cleaner. keeps dust at bay too.
