I have a question about using my IM?

When I am in conversation with someone it freezes up and then asks me to log in when Ican still see the page from conversation .... Is this happening to anyone else and what could it be?

Maybe, your cable connection is unstable (and the cable company is probably trying to fix it). The page of the conversation doesn't disappear but won't work if you are logged out.

Your internet connection maybe lost. You might have to log back in.
