i was just wondering, since it is to soon to tell if im pregnant, just incase should i start preparing now, such as exercising, eating healthy, etc... i do not drink, do ne drugs, or smoke so im not worried about that. but what kind of exercise should i do and what kind of foods should i eat. oh and i was wondering if it is okay to go tanning if your are pregnant.

You might want to take a prenatal vitamin even if you're not pregnant. It's suggested when you're trying to because you need the folic acid during pregnancy and it's recommended even before pregnancy.

If you are trying to get pregnant,you need to take prenatal vitamins.Exercising should be minimal.I was walking only.For nutrition,you have to eat almost everything,besides sea food and pinut butter.Your fruits and veggies should be washed really well.And when you eat meat,make sure it's cooked real good,well done.

no tanning in a tan bed. As for the other question yes even if you are just trying you should treat your body like you already are good food vitamins exercise exc.
