I have not heard anything about "Doogie Houser" being gay. Is the guy who played him gay? Or are you discussing the character in the TV show? And...........how do you know?
Neil Patrick Harris??? where on earth did you get good substantiated info that HE is gay?

i would be suppriesed to hear that but not really shocked but who really knows i loved doogie houser as well it was one of my favorite shows on tv when i was a kid. im alittle suppriesed but big deal what ever he want's to do off screen is his life get over it

I was surprised when I read about that. I saw it published in an artilce talking about TR Knight coming out. I didn't expect it because he plays a womanizer on "How I Met Your Mother," but there are how many actors and actresses playing a sexual preference that they don't practice in real life?!

I don't think anything about it. It's stupid to get caught up on the details of a person's life like this. He likes guys but so does my girlfriend (thats why I'm with her) but seriously. Asking what people think of someone being gay you might as well ask them what they think of someone having blue eyes.
But yeh shocking that he was/is.

maybe when he was younger u could have thought he could have become gay but after see him in his new show it does not give that vibe but then again u never know because there is really not a look to being gay.
