He is multi-tasking.
He may have too many irons on the fire. (too much going on at once)
He probably bit off more than he could chew(took on to many tasks).
And he is probably burning the candle at both ends.(working way too hard.
If he knows how to do lots of things (not necessarily at once)
he is a "Jack of all trades".
