"serendipity" - the random occurence of something lucky and happy...
and as runners up:
"mint" (sounds like it tastes)
"integrity" (sounds like it feels)
"catastrophe" (just because it's so dramatic to say it)
"merry" (so much more descriptive than 'happy')
"melancholy" (because no other word means precisely that)
