It is precious because it can and it is sacred because it has to!!

Hope the answer is ok. In other words, it is precious because it opens up possibilities and it is sacred because it has obligations.

In my opinion, I think life is precious and sacred because it originates from God. No one has the right to take away life from anyone. If it is not precious, our parents will not take the trouble to educate us so that we will have good life. If it is not sacred, then people can just hop from one bed to another bed making mess to community.

It's sad, but I don't think life is precious nor sacred. There are many many good arguments stating otherwise. But none that held out against scrutiny of academics and contending theories. This leads me to believe that life is not precious nor sacred. I hope the otherwise, but I can't rationalize with my emotions.

A cell that blew out from your nose when you were sneezing and has the potential to develop into a human being?
Or grown organisms who paint wonderful colors to this world?

well, it depends on your values. if you value what you have in life, such as your family, friends, health, air... it is precious. it is a gift that allows us to grow, experience things, learn... etc.
it is sacred because of that same reason, because it is a gift.
