I lost a bet and now i have to dress as a wemon for a full day a need a full outfit from undreware to shoes to the rest includes makeup

What do you want to wear, or at least would feel the least embarrassed in? Do you have to go out and buy this outfit? Borrowing from someone you know would probably be much less embarrassing.
This could be a lot of fun if you have the right mindset. Seriously, women wear skirts and dresses all the time, so what kind of man can't do it for one day? I'd ham it up if I were you, really pay attention to color and fit. A knee-length dress would be simple and easy to wear. Your body type will also play a role however.
Most important is to try to have fun. Just don't look like you're enjoying too much.....

Skirt, blouse, ..etc. You can get the underthings from K-Mart, Walmart etc. The clothing, from a good thrift shop. You might even find a pair of flats that fit there too. If you've never worn heels, go with flats. You might even find a nice wig in a thrift shop as well.
Most of all, have fun with it. Crossdressing can be fun.

try a long skirt and shirt so then ints not easy to tell that you are a man also make sure there arnt to tight that might look nasty
