I ask them over and over to stop chargeing my account. They have no phone number to call them. It is an on line account. I do not know if I could say they name. COuld some help me with this.

I would ethier put a stop payment for that account, or close the account all together. The transaction will appear on your statement. I would check into this right away. After you close the account, I would advise you to seek a lawer. You can take legal action againts this company. Charging without permision is called fraud. You may be able to get some of the money back if not most of it. depending on your credit card company you may be able to do a chargeback, that reverses the transaction.

If you know the name and the State in which the company is located, find the State's Attorney general office and report the company to his office. Also, you can call your Credit card company and/or your bank, report the incident and have them give you a new credit card and account number.

call your credit card company or bank where ever they are charging. Tell them that the charges are not authorized. They should be able to help

Get new card and cancel current ones without further notice and report them to the authorities and require them to show you the documentation that claims you signed up for that. Sue! That'll show em.

close the account and cancel the card. report to the better business bureau. it seems like they r running a scam like one done to my friend. contact a lawyer.
