No, of course not. Grown women have pubic hair. It's not dirty unless you fail to wash it. There was a fad for shaving a few years back, but it died out because so many people got bumps and zits and rashes from it. Waxing is really gross - you're pulling hair out by the roots from the most sensitive part of your body. EEEeeewww!
Keep your hair clean - but keep it. Be proud to be a real woman.

no it does not have to be removed, but some ppl prefer it completely gone, or trimmed short...up to you! dont let anyone pressure you into removing it if you dont want to
