First off, major congrats on all your hard work. I'd say take a break, relax. I'm sure you could use some time for yourself. College can be a major shock to many new students. I'd suggets taking the time off and often visiting the campus you plan on attending so you can get used to the atmosphere. Even if you take the 6 months off, you're still ahead of many, many people.

You must also consider whether you know what you want to do with your life. I know from personal experience that just going to college because it's the next step in your life may be a mistake if your not sure of what career path you are looking to follow. This becomes a waste of time and money. Take the time to think about what you want for the future, you dont need to make the decision immediately especially since your so young.

Congrats on doing so well in your education and good luck.

Wow there are gonna be alot of challenges for you in college being 16. However, your in an excellent position right now to get a real jump start in life. I would continue what you got going, but be aware of some things.
Your an adult in college and people are gonna treat you like one. Your gonna see alot of things that may freak you out like alcohol, partying, sex, and drugs. Be prepared for this. Also realize that the friends you make are gonna be older than you and probably in a different mind set. I really hope your college you plan on attending is somehwat close to home. If it is not be prepared to feel very lonely the first few months of school. My suggestion for this period of time is to get involved in somthing on campus.. study groups, writing clubs or that kind of thing. Getting to know some people really helps and makes you feel less isolated.
Last thing is plan on teachig your self alot of the academic material. College profs are notoriously bad teachers (in some cases) and your gonna have to really learn alot of the material out of books or from teaching assistants. Remember your responsible for your own learning and your own grades now.

Most definitely!!! You and your well being should be your number one priority in life. Don't get me wrong, I think its amazing that you have accomplished so much in so little time and you should really be proud of yourself! But make sure that you balance your life and live stress free while you accomplish your goals. If you need time off, which it sure sounds like you do, take it! You can't tackle big projects and goals effectively if you feel drained, so take the time off, enjoy yourself and life and rejuvenate!
