I know a woman that was about your size, and she only gained about 15 pounds throughout the entire pregnancy. Personally, I don't think that you will show early, but then again you never know.
As someone said before, don't forget to take into account that you might get morning sickness (mine was actually in the evening though) and experience extreme fatigue. You want your wedding day to be a very memorable day. You don't want to be running to the bathroom cuz you have to vomit, stand in front of all the people wishing it would go faster because you are nauscious, or be very very tired.
I slept for about 20 hours one night, woke up to pee, then went back to sleep. I just couldn't stay awake.

Every woman pregnancy is different. some people carry their baby wide and they just look overweight. Some women carry their babys out front and can still see their hip bones. Some women have very little amnioitic fulid others have gallons and gallons of it. Some babys born at term are 7 pounds. Some are 9 pounds. My first was 9 1/2 pounds born more than a week early. I had so much amniotic fluid that the doctor joked and said he was knee deep in it.
To answer your question.....no one can tell you how big you will be. Just make sure your dress has room to let it out from the bustline down. And the front of the dress needs to be a little longer to accominadate your stomach.
I was in my Brother's wedding at four months and I didn't think anyone would notice. I had to have my dress major adapted. Then still I didn't think it would show, but when the photographer took a family picture he said. "too bad the new baby isn't here for the wedding"
Just be prepared- and enjoy.

I wasn't obviously pregnant until well into my 8th month. However, to people who knew me, I started showing at about month 5-6. It's pretty impossible to tell, because each mother grows differently, each baby sits in a different position, etc... If this is your first pregnancy, it will take longer to show as a general rule. I would probably get your dress a size up from what you are now, just to be safe. You can always take away material, but you can't create it :-)
And, as others have said, early pregnancy is really unpleasant. Even if you are lucky enough not to have nausea, there are other problems. Your breasts will be sore (not good for your new husband) and I personally had gas pretty bad. And you will be exhausted. If I had to be pregnant during a wedding, I'd want it to be in the second trimester.

If you get pregnant in Feb you would be about 3 months and I was showing with both of my pregnancies by 3 months. Not alot-but enough to tell that I was pregnant.
As far as doctor or midwife-I have only had a doctor-and I needed one because I had to have a c-section which a midwife cannot perform.

since ur big boned, u probably wont show much at 3 to 4 months, but ur boobs may get a lot bigger. depends on so many factors.
i chose a doctor bcos im risk averse when it comes to pregnancy! im sure a midwife would do as well, but i didnt investigate it.

Doctors dont listen. They do only what they want!
Midwives are advocates for the woman and help the woman choose the best outcome for her and bubs. Some high rish women may need a doctor if not choose a midwife!
