the best thing for a headache is an orgasm. it has something to do with the chemicals it releases into your head.

Since dehydration is the biggest cause of headaches, I dring a few glasses of water but if it is still aching after a while, I take a simple headache tablet.

Advil liqui-gel migraine relief. Works well, even on really bad headaches. A gel pack around the head can help, as well as lowering the lights.
If you find yourself frequently suffering from headaches, check to see if you grind your teeth or clench your jaw.
A small amount of caffiene is also known to help.
Stay away from cured meats, such as luncheon meats, pork, and smokes meats (beef jerky, ham etc...)

Aspirin for really bad headaches, and Motrin for small headaches.

I take Panadeine for headache, Panadeine Forte and Zomig for Migraine Headaches.....

I used to take 1000 mg. Acetaminophen, but one day "they" were giving away samples of Excedrin downtown, so I got a few of them, and I found they work really well.
I think I'll buy them from now on.
