Are getting about 6 to 7 hours of good sleep every 24 hours.
If Not;
Check the following
1] Do you drink coffee or other caffeinated drinks after 1 PM?
2] Do you eat late suppers?
3] Do you exercise at least 4 days a week?
4] Do you shower in the evenings?
5] Do you read before going to bed?
6] Do you watch TV in bed?
If you answered Yes/Yes/No/No/No/Yes then it is oing to be difficult to fall asleep and remain asleep through the night.
I would advise you go to bed around 10 30 PM and read and fall asleep.

Take a 1mg tablet of Melatonin at 9:00 p.m. every night. In twenty to forty minutes you will feel a very natural (not drugged) craving for sleep. You will enjoy solid sleep for a solid 6 to 8 hours. You will have rejuvenating dreams and wake rested the next morning.

Everybody seems to have their OWN sleep specifications. What seems to work best for me, is that I go to bed at about the same time every night, in a cool, quiet, dark room, & get about 8 & 1/2 hours of sleep. I never nap during the day (unless I'm ill), and I tend to sleep longer (& better) in the Winter- than I do in the Summer. The trick seems to be- is to let your body decide how much sleep it needs...& arrange your sceduale around it...
