we have been here for thousands of years, what makes you think that it wont continue? If anything will kill mankind its this cursed media and its fear mongering. You know I bet they asked that same question a hundred years ago when the industrial age began. Further more you will be long since dead by then so what difference does it really make? And if a meteor hits or volcano or nuke...what ever the case may be what are you going to do to change it ....like you always have. Nothing
Further more Global Warming is a farce used to promote more fear mongering....how hot do you think the planet was before the ice age when the meteor hit giving off cataclysmic effects like a nuke and a super volcano? Before MAN had to move into caves to survive over a thousand years ago. All the crap that they predict happening.....already has. And if I'm not mistaken...I'm here today answering the question that YOU asked AFTER all these tragedies have occurred. Have a good one...maybe we will have this discussion in another hundred years in our next life.
To answer your question..we will survive because thats what we do.

As long as not every single human dies before the next 100 years, the human race will have survived. The only reason every single person will die, I think will be due to huge climate changes that we cannot adapt to. For example, if a meteor hit the earth or the sun died out and we no longer had heat. That would be a problem. Even a nuclear war will probably not kill every single person on this planet.

I have asked myself the same question. The human race is infinitely stupid and makes mistakes that comes from there so called higher intelligence. There are few intelligent people, and even fewer intelligent politicians. Human kind has a subconscious death wish. We seem to constantly create more lucrative means of destroying ourselves and the planet. I find that the intelligentsia of society are exploited and forced to use their intelligence to set us further back than we were the day before. I believe at the rate we are going, we might have destroyed our planet in the next 100 years and possibly in the next 50.

encapsulate the earth with a big plastic dome. lol
Space is the next industrial frontier..they will move most everything that pollutes into space and manufacture it there.
If there is another war it will thin out the population. If not we will have to change our life styles drastically.
This earth has been through many dramatic climate, earth movement, famine and floods..etc. It will be here for thousands of years to come.. but there will come a day when it can't take anymore.
But not in your lifetime..so don't worry about it.. Just keep fighting for the things you feel need to be changed or stopped..

Oh, we will. There might be fewer of us, we might have to move around a bit, life might be tougher or easier, but we'll be around, don't worry about that. Look at what we survived in the past. Thousands and thousands of years without even civilization, without much understanding, living in caves or huts maybe even without fire to cook with, without farming... we're a little spoiled now, but we'll find a way if we have to.
