Kareokee themed Christmas party! Need suggestions and help planning!!!?

I am planning a company kareokee Christmas party for my brother's company. It is going to be at a fabulous country club. Any suggestions?
I have professional equipment and have someone who knows how to fuction it. Also a good MC to getthe party started... but what can I do to make it really a fun niight with as much participation as possible...I want it to be ablast, an unforgetable night! I welcome any and all ideas!!!!!!!Please help me!!!

If you want people to get involved, maybe you should try offering a prize for certain things. Like the best rendition of a song, the best movements, and of course the best singer. You could also do your own version of American Idol and have 3 people pretend to be Reggie, Colin and Paula and critiqe the acts after they are done. But since it is a christmas party you might want to score people high if the chose a christmas song.
