I'm not able to login, either I do believe their servers down. I can log in to live spaces tho

Whether u r using normal internet connection or proxy internet connection if u r using normal connection check or sigin in into hotmail.com webpage with u r id.after that log in into u r messenger.If u r using proxy connection goto live messenger->setings inthat give u r proxy address and sign in that's it..
