i have serious problems with assimilating vitamins, calcium, minerals in general. it's a problem i've faced for years, but it seems to have gone worse during the last few months.i am underweight and even if i eat quite a lot it's useless.
i must admit i smoke, drink coffee, don't eat regularly and lately have had problems with sleep.i have a very stressful life and work a lot, but i have to, otherwise i couldn't support my kids.

At least you know what is causing some of your issues. Most people wont admit the obvious. The most important thing you said and you're aware of is the assimulation of nutrients. You're right that is a serious issue.

I use a product called Superfood (herbdoc.com) and you take it with water or juice and it gets into the blood within seconds, instead of food digesting (long process) or taking a pill and it goes into the colon and activates there without much vaue at all. This product is the best Ive experienced through many years of using different products (I sound like a salesman).

Most importantly you need to do a Colon Cleanse (probably a liver cleanse as well). Must remove the toxins that build up there especially with the serious toxins you put in your body. When they sit in the colon they eventually get in the blood and cause illness and disease.

You're acknowledging your issues and that is the first step to correcting your health and life in general.

It could be the form of supplements. Place a pill in a glass of vinegar. If it doesn't dissolve in 30 minutes you are wasting your money. I like supplements from Ph-ion as they are easily absorbed by the body.

You should eat more fresh fruits and veges (organic are best), and avoid eating anything with a long list of ingredients. Pay now or pay later with illness and doctor bills. You can't be a good mother if you end up in the hospital with some major disease. Also, if you give your body the fuel it needs you can better handle stress.

Dear, Can U give one hr in the morning daily for improving your health? If Yes then here is a right answer to your question.
Yoga and Pranayam,daily just for 45 to 60 minutes is the only answer.

It may be wise to rule out Celiac Disease. This is a common autoimmune disease that damages the lining of the small intestine (the part of the gut where nutrients are absorbed). It is caused by an allergic reaction to the proteins in wheat, rye and barley called glutens/gliadins.
