Beef stew. Try Dinty Moore Beef Stew at the store. Pour it out on a plate and let it dry for a couple days. When your ready to make it look like vomit, mix in some peas. It actually smells like it too, so be careful not to throw up when you play your gag. Very realistic.

I was just thinking that the chunky cat food I serve to the cat looks like vomit. It smells weird too. Probably several things combined in a blender look like vomit. Stick with thick, beige food (cooked oatmeal). Throw in something chunky (bits of lunch meat) and yogurt for a tart odor. Waalah! Instant vomit.

Creamed corn. Maybe mix in some dog food.
Sounds like a heck of a party you're throwing.

Cook up some regular oatmeal not the instant stuff and keep it on the runny side.

Canned goods probably; soup, stews, fruits, rice pudding. (Or even a mixture of these) Kind of depends what "consistency" you're looking for.
