Hi
I'm sure this will help:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/worldservice/learningenglish/
BBC learning English is a great site to improve your English language skills.
Go through the entire site-all the links that it provides like watch and listen, the flatmates, london life , grammar, everything. This site is used by teachers to teach students.
You can listen to words, sounds, passages, improve your pronunciation-so if you have a headset it will be fantastic but if you don't already have one, get a headset it will prove to be immensely useful.
They also have quizzes and test for you to check on your progress.

You have said that you would like to teach grammar. What I'd like to say is that in order to teach something you need to first master it, else your teaching will not be effective. You need to be good at what you do in order to teach other people on the subject. Along with this site, get a good book on Learning English-which I'm sure you can get in a local bookstore. Get a dictionary for meaning of words and their pronunciation.
You can also use an online dictionary - http://www.thefreedictionary.com/ to know the meaning and pronunciation. Put any word in the Search field that is on the home page and click on search. It will show the meaning of the word along with examples of its usage and it will also show a speaker sign-click on this to hear the pronunciation. The reason I have suggested this website is b cos its speed is faster than that of others.
From that little question of yours and from the other answers that you have received I'm sure even you realise that you need to put in a lot of hard work and effort. Its not difficult, just be consistent and don't give up. In todays world if you don't know English well, communication will be a problem and it might hamper your chances of growth as even though you may have a lot of ideas and you maybe intelligent, you may not be able to put forth what you want to say in a way that the receiver is able to understand it in the first go.
Study hard, be consistent and never give up.
All the best.

You have to know how to spell it first. If you know the roots of the words, it becomes much easier. Or if you know the variations of a word. For example, "grammatical" and "grammar." The more variations you know of a word, the easier it is to spell it. "Define" and "definite" all tend to show the correct way to spell "definitely." It's not spelled "definately" but you see it spelled that way all the time. A good source would be crossword puzzles and lots of books. When you read a word you don't understand, look it up. So your first source would be a dictionary. Hope that helps.

Who is "Grammer"? Is that your friend's nickname? Is that your dog or cat's name?
OR- Maybe you're referring to a city (Grammer,Indiana,USA)?
Whoever Grammer is - If you know something that he/she doesn't know, you can teach him/her.
