The fastest way is to use some kind of eyedrops like Visine, but if you don't have any, run cold water on a washcloth and wring it out just enough so it doesn't drip - then close your eyes and put the cold compress on them for about 5 min. should work - if they are really red, try wrapping ice cubes in the the washcloth or use a bag of frozen veggies and put on your eyes for a couple min.

My baby boy had got eyes redenned for the past few days, i took him to the doctor who said black tea is the best remedy for it. YES you read it right, he said by dropping drops of black tea will cure the red eyes.

Visine is the best way to get rid of the red immediately.. The only bad thing is that when it comes back it can be worse. You should rinse your eye with saline solution and use some type of lubricating drops with no decongestants in them (visine tears). this does not contain the chemical that will get rid of the redness. If it does not get better in 2-3days, it's your eyes, they are important-->see your doctor.

If its to cover up the fact you did drugs or something just walk or idk do something then be like"oh ****, something just flew into my eyes" then there is ur exuse!
