Nope, you should go to jail for the maximum amount of time they can keep you there and loose your driver license for good. You not only disregarded your own safety but put other innocent lives in danger when you drove drunk. You obviously disregarded the law since you did this not once, not twice, but three times. The third time should be the charm. It seems this is the only way innocent people can be protected from you. I sorry, but you get no sympathy from me regarding this behavior.

Stay tuned buddy, it's just around the corner. That and getting your hand chopped off for being a thief, and beheaded for not conforming to a certain doctrine and culture. Fastest growing religion in the world. We should be so lucky as to escape this fate. I doubt it..

I think it only works on kids and teenagers. The main effectiveness of the punishment is the embarrasment and shame factor. Most adult criminals don't care enough to be shamed. Yeah it would hurt but it would only last a few minutes. Going to jail, losing your job, being forced to pay insane amounts of fines all last a lot longer and I think would be more effective.

And please stop drinking and driving before you kill somebody.

Maybe you need substance abuse/addiction treatment. Driving under the influence is an unwise decision.

Good luck with that.
