Usually our strengths and weaknesses are one and the same.

But...

Strength: being able to easily make conversation with people
Weakness: being too loud, and overpowering conversations, especially with introverted people

Need to talk in order to figure out how he/she feels
Ask a lot of questions
Share thoughts feelings immediately
Become energized by group problem solving
Want to figure out solutions by "doing"
Talk freqently and initiate conversations
Not like to reflect upon feelings alone

Extroverts need...
Opportunities to talk
To try things before listening to long solutions
Interaction and activity

Essential Skills for Extroverts:
Respecting the feelings and space of others
Listening and taking turns
Knowing that they work best when they talk through things
Learning to say - I'm thinking
Giving others time to think

weakness: some people are so extroverted they just annoy others.
