What type of role models should medical professional be?

Positive role models. It's difficult in a way though because not everyone or anyone can aspire to be one... the road is so hard, so many financial, emotional, and physical sacrifices go into being a medical professional. Anyway... I think they should set a good standard for the community they are in by involving themselves in community service and health education as well as practicing medicine.
