i dont know about height but it definitely increase your memory power

It might be a true fact that stretching "increases" height in children. But height will depend on many other factors, such as nutrition and heredity. I heard as well that basketball will "increase" your height. But if somehow true, the problem lies in the fact that such increase will be minimal and that no medical studies have yet proven such a claim.

No it will not. Though, yoga practice may lead to proper posture which make you feel taller (no slouching etc.)

this is true. anything u do for ur body when ur young has an effect on how u develop b/c ur body is still developing. if ur older it might do very little. this is the reason why it is said to drink milk when ur young, take vitamins when ur young, and stretch when ur young. also, when ur young it is easier to gain flexibility than when ur older.
