what phase does the cell stay in for most of it's life?

i know it's interphase but wat phase of interphase? is it the g1 phase? s phase? g2 phase?

G2 in mammalian cells. You're right.
Meosis is the least. Half an hour in mammalian cells. Check the pie chart.

The stages G1, S, and G2 should take place right after each other.
"I guess" it depends on howbig the cell needs to grow to, the time would make be longer or shorter, that would make a difference in the period the cell stays.
