I'm not a dr, but I was diagnosed with polysystic ovaries myself. I was told that it is associated with being pre-diabetic. In my case, my drs recommended I lose weight, following a diet that watched carbs and sugars, and that I take a prescription medicine. I only lost about 10 lbs and got pregnant (I was still overweight). I really feel like, for me, losing weight was what helped balance out my hormones. I do know someone slim who has had the same diagnosis though, so that's just my experience.

your gynecologist is the best one to consult, unless there is a gynecologist on this site. Don't you want to be married first before trying?
