Congratulations!
Personally, I didn't wait even one second to tell everyone with both of my boys. Everyone kept saying "you should wait until after the third month, just in case you lose the baby". But, I thought to myself, why would I want to keep it a secret if I had a miscarriage? That's when you need the support of everyone the most. It's nothing to be ashamed of. At least, that's how I feel about it.
I just feel like it's such wonderful news that I don't know how anyone could keep it a secret. I like to think positive and assume the best.
That's my two cents! God bless!

3 months is usually the period people wait to tell.
I told everyone straight away for my first too and when I'm pregnant with my second I will wait the 3 months.

Congratulations! I'm wondering about your personal circumstances, for example, are you working? In a professional environment, it is a good idea to stay work-oriented and focused, even if you do share the news of your pregnancy. I was a lawyer at a big firm, and still wanted to be taken semi-seriously! I tried hard to keep things quiet for that first 3 months, but was so sick from morning sickness (all day long!) that I had to tell those with whom I worked. They were wonderfully supportive. Discretion is often advisable, but frankly, I have trouble keeping lovely secrets, especially about myself! Trust your intuition. All the best.

I guess you would usually want to wait until you've met with the doctor to confirm a safe pregnancy before you announce it. But other than that, scream it! It's a wonderful blessing. Congrats!

Before 3 months there is a higher chance of complications with the pregnancy, so i would advice telling people after 3 months, when your in the "safe period"

They say that you should wait 3 months before telling people because you have a higher risk of complications in the begining

I waited until the next major family get-together and told everyone at the same time. Thanksgiving is pretty close, maybe the winter holidays would be a good time.

You will know when it is time to tell everyone. But holding in a secret this big is stressful which is not good for the baby. But you have to be ready before you announce it. Congrats
