Don't bother. Go to DOS prompt (Not windows DOS, official DOS prompt), and type "format C:\" without the quotes. That should do the trick.

Well I seriously doubt you're looking for a virus to destroy your own computer. Maybe you're putting it like this so people will be willing to help when really you want one to destroy someone else's computer?
The reason I say that is because...
A) There aren't any viruses today that just destroy computers. They usually have an objective like get your personal info or make money off you via adware etc... they have no interest in just causing destruction.
B) Even if you did get one that destroyed a lot of things, it can't wipe the entire system because it needs that system to run.
C) If you want to wipe your machine it's much easier to just plop in your Windows CD, reboot to the CD when prompted and do a format and re-install or just a format if you want a blank HD.

If you want to destroy your computer with the virus, you don't have to download one. Turn off your firewall, delete all of your antivirus and spy ware programs. Then start surfing for porn. Your computer should be dead in about six hours.
