Before you think class action, is it worth it. Winning a lawsuit doesn't equate to winning the lottery. Settlement if any will mostly be taken by the attorney, leaving the class action members with a letter, coupon or a few bucks. In a case on policy, generally a settlement will be attorney fees and some half-assed compromise.
You are better off publicizing the issue yourself, and getting people to write letters.

Either you have lots of money for an attorney or you are independently wealthy to take on the big business. Most people will not follow you because no matter what they will want to keep their jobs no matter how bad YOU may think it is. I say look for a job elsewhere.

get a list of all the employers who you think would join you both past and present and look for a business attorney or class action lawyer to consult with on your issues for a lawsuit

I would think that you will first have to have proof that you have been harmed by big business. If your case is viable, you should not have trouble retaining an attorney. That would get the ball rolling.

You will need an attorney.
Your state's bar association can direct you to attorneys who handle class action lawsuits.

I'm no longer concerned due to the fact nearly all my bone dome detritus was once stolen from you within the first position. I simply plough by way of your historic Q&A and tip random bucketfuls into Marla Singer's random query generator. Here's one I Yoinksed prior. The ballad of Tyler Durden……by means of Penfold_xp Take my washing to the river, To do my lonesome burden. Mixing orange juice and fuel, A recipe from Tyler Durden. Let us search the thriller of the gnarled oak. Offer up our babes to him, And dance within the mad moonlight, To the gusty halls of Sanhedrim. Let gypsy violinists, Whisper of greater occasions. Before the squad of forgotten disasters, And unexploded Germans chime. With Frater Perdurabo we’ll take a dip, In Yahoo’s Sulphur baths of spite. United in our average deletions, We is not going to pass with out a battle. We’ll journey the glacier torrent, To the lobster nebular aflame. Hang urinating in our hammocks, To the position of extreme disgrace. Hey anyone hand loosechange this cleaning soap field

Big business has unlimited funds to fight off any lawsuits like yours. So, if you have an extra 100 billion dollars to spend, forget it

So, open your window and start shooting? Sue who? For what? Start a union where you work, it's your right. But, I think you want to sue corporate America. All I have to say that is; huh?
