What do you think about same sex couples adopting?
Well I was against it at first but I was talking to a gay friend I knew way back in school I seen her in the store,first time I seen her in years, she started talking about how her and her girlfriend adopted a boy, her face was glowing and I could tell that she loved this boy, she showed me pictures, she was so happy.. so now I'm look at the whole thing differently but still confused....but all that matter is love right?

its weird, imagine growing up with two dads or moms! but at least the will hopefully get a loving permanent home!

There is nothing wrong with it as long as they can provide a loving home for the child. Many kids grow up without a mother or a father and they turn out just fine. Just because a kid has a mother and a father in their life doesn't mean they're going to turn out great.

I don't see anything wrong with it. There are so many kids out there (especially older kids) waiting to be adopted into loving homes. They're in the foster system that usually abuses them. All they need is love, period.

thats all fine and dandy that they are so happy to play house, but if there is not DAD, who will teach a boy to become a man? for real...what do lesbians know about being a DAD? Nothing. Most of them hate men.

Well someone has to adopt these kids that these mothers are so irresponsible for!

i think love is all that matters. if you have the best interests of the child your orientation doesn't matter.
