If you have listed everything you want your laptop to do you aren't going to need to spend money getting a great CPU. Focus on ensuring that it has enough RAM (at least 512MB) and you should be sweet with any of the listed processors.

The best prosessor is the Intel Core 2 Duo. It beats everything on performance for the price.
If you play games, I recommend the AMD Turion x2 if you cannot get the Intel.
Out of those choices, the AMD Turion seems to be the best here.

Alright, Celeron == ****. Pentium == okay for little usage. turion == alright. pentium are OKAY, but i dont prefer it. go for turion. ;\

For budget go for Celeron. Otherwise go for Pentium M.

THE FASTER THE BETTER. AVOID CELERON , THE AMD'S IM NOT SURE ABOUT BUT THE PENT M SOUNDS GOOD, WHAT SIZE AND SPEED? I GOTTA 1.7 GIG M, SPEED IS 598 MEGS. IF IM WIRELESS I FLY, DIAL UP, NETZERO HIGHSPEED, ISNT THAT BAD

better always go for intel as that is the most reliable processor. What ever the usage may be buy a latest one as you may not regret later and go for an upgrade with more cost.
