Well there is this small lighter spot no the left part of my scrotum. I also have a darker ring around my penis. Is this normal???

Get the spot seen to by a Dermatologist...and the rings are normal,usually from friction.

I would need more information in order to answer this question better but I will give it a shot. The spot on your scrotum: if it is not raised or feels hard and the skin is just lighter than on the rest of your scrotum, it probably is what is called "hypopigmentation", usually arising after a small infection like in a hair follicle or an insect bite. The dark ring on your penis: Are you circumcised? If so, is the dark ring near the head of your penis. If so, this is normal. Does the ring go all the way around? Is it painful? Is there any discharge from the skin? Does it itch? Is the ring flat feeling or is it raised? It sounds like it is just the result of a circumcision and some people's skin gets darker around that area. I hope this helped answer your question. This is normal.. My husband has this also. However, if your feeling scared then i'd go see a doctor.
