why do women provoke men?

i know you may think this is crazy, but i am serious. i have seen some women that provoke men to the point of no return and just will not stop. they know just what they are doing, and will not stop untill some sort of violence occurs.i do not believe in violence and i do not support any kind of it. i am wondering in this situation who is to blame?

It´s a tough question to answer
without background info. To get to
a point were you purposely provoke
to the point of violence, there has to
be some 'history' or lack of history for
that matter. Therefore, it is difficult to
blame just one or another - it's a combo
blame deal.

Both people are to blame in this instance. However the man is mostly to blame because he has the power to walk away from an emotional woman. The woman is at the same time playing with danger. Some men also look for an excuse to hit a woman-there is no excuse.

this psycho I used to work with came to work with a black eye and a "pity me" attitude
I asked her what she did to him first
Then we got the whole story of how she chased him around the house, hitting him with a frying pan because her mother told her she was too good for him
she got the black eye when he was trying to grab something to hold on to while she was trying to kick him down the stairs
hhhmmmm, was it his fault for not standing still so she could more easily hit him?
