The median age a 56 year old can expect to live to is about 81. Very roughly speaking, a person your age has a 90% chance to live to 65, an 80% chance to live to 70, a 70% chance to live to 75, a 60% chance to live to 78, a 50% chance to live to 81, a 40% chance to live to 85, a 30% chance to live to 88, a 20% chance to live to 91, and a 10% chance to live to 95.

My data do not give enough precision to say much about the chances of living older than that, but it would be futile anyway: medical advances in that time may well prolong life beyond what might be expected today. Thus, the 3% chance it would suggest for living to 100 is pessimistic, since it involved 2003 medical technology when you'll have access to 2060 medical technology.

Depends if you are male or female. Depends on what your lifestyle is like. Statistically though I would give you about 25 more years. Plus or minus some for gender and lifestyle.
