I'd ask if I could drive; if they refused, I'd call the police and have them pick the guy up for drunk driving and have them help me find my way home.

That depends on how well I knew the person, how drunk they were and a few other things. The answer is most likely yes. I hate to say it but it's true.

Absolutely not. I'd rather take my chances and stay on the street and try and survive until someone could come and get me.
